ASHE RETURN POLICY
At ASHE, your satisfaction — and safety — come first. Our return policy is designed to protect both our customers and our compliance with California cannabis laws.
Vape Cartridges
Eligibility: Defective vape cartridges must be reported within 72 hours of purchase.
Requirements: Return must include original packaging with legible lot, batch, or inventory ID. A valid receipt is required.
Resolution: Qualified returns are processed as store credit after management review.
Defective Products
Eligibility: Suspected defects (such as mold, foreign objects) must be reported within 48 hours.
Requirements: Product must be in original packaging with a clear lot, batch, or inventory ID. A valid receipt is required.
Resolution: Returns require manager approval and will be issued as store credit.
Important Notes
No exchanges are allowed — customers may use their store credit to select a new product.
All returns must be completed in person at the ASHE store.
Opened products are only eligible for return if they are proven defective or damaged.
Defective cannabis goods will either be destroyed or returned to their distributor according to California regulations.
Please Note: All returns must meet compliance with CCR Title 4, § 17208 and are subject to management discretion.
