ASHE RETURN POLICY


Vape cartridges:

For cartridge returns, customer must contact the store within 24 hours to be eligible for a return. Cartridge must be in their original packaging with a fully legible lot, batch or inventory ID number attached with a valid receipt.

Contaminated products:

Must be returned within two days of original purchase with receipt, and in their original packaging with the lot, batch, or inventory ID number that is fully legible. Please note that contaminated products such as a large hair in a bud or moldy edibles can be returned but requires approval from a manager. Defective manufactured cannabis products returned by customers will be destroyed or returned to the licensed distributor from where the cannabis goods were obtained.

ASHE will process qualified returns with a refund of the total amount cash due. Customers are free to make another purchase if desired. Items cannot be swapped out and a refund will be provided accordingly.
