ASHE RETURN POLICY


At ASHE, your satisfaction — and safety — come first. Our return policy is designed to protect both our customers and our compliance with California cannabis laws.

Vape Cartridges

  • Eligibility: Defective vape cartridges must be reported within 72 hours of purchase.

  • Requirements: Return must include original packaging with legible lot, batch, or inventory ID. A valid receipt is required.

    Resolution: Qualified returns are processed as store credit after management review.

Defective Products

  • Eligibility: Suspected defects (such as mold, foreign objects) must be reported within 48 hours.

  • Requirements: Product must be in original packaging with a clear lot, batch, or inventory ID. A valid receipt is required.

    Resolution: Returns require manager approval and will be issued as store credit.

Important Notes

  • No exchanges are allowed — customers may use their store credit to select a new product.

  • All returns must be completed in person at the ASHE store.

  • Opened products are only eligible for return if they are proven defective or damaged.

  • Defective cannabis goods will either be destroyed or returned to their distributor according to California regulations.

Please Note: All returns must meet compliance with CCR Title 4, § 17208 and are subject to management discretion.
